Keynote Speaker – Dr. Barbara Jenkins
Dr. Barbara Jenkins, currently Chief in Residence at
Chiefs for Change, is a keynote speaker and consultant
with Jenkins Unlimited, assisting superintendents and
school boards nationwide. Jenkins is past president of
the Florida Association of District School
Superintendents and served five years on the Florida
Council of 100, a non-partisan organization advising
the government on key policy issues from the business
community’s perspective. In 2017, Dr. Jenkins was
named the Florida Superintendent of the Year and one
of four finalists for the national title.
